New Plates.....Check it!!

I searched long and hard to find a good license plate that wasnt had in all 50 states! After all my searching, I was talking with one of my friends who is the manager of Nukabe Automotive. He said thats a nice "run-sir". I said whats a run-sir? He said that in Japan, they pronounce "lancer" as "run-sir"! So Hopefully I am the ONLY one with this plate for at least a month before its everywhere else!! Check it out!

So in the Japanese language they pronounce Lancer as Run-Sir, so you thought it would be a cool custom plate?

Wow...

Here in Belgium we can choose our combination also, but it's limited to

xxx - xxx i.e. EVO-090

But to do that you have to pay about 800$.
So i took the plate they gave me which is VWR-451

Is that so hard to believe? It is also a plate I have never seen before.

What would be cool in your eyes?

Ummm...last time I checked Asians, with thick accents, have a hard time pronouncing any word that starts with an 'R'. So I'm not understanding why they would pronounce Lancer in Japan as "Runsir".

Just going by what I was told.....from a friend who visits Japan a few times a year. I think he is a pretty trustworthy guy!

i always thought that "Asians with thick accents" found it hard to pronounce words that started with the letter L and they usually sound like an R. in ex: Lonely would be Ronery, Long would be Rong. i may be completely wrong.

There are plenty of plates I haven't seen, but I don't run out and get them. Examples:

*** LVR
GEY BOY
IMDUMB
JDMRULZ

See what i'm getting at?

Plus, custom plates make it easier for people to remember your plates. Not allways a good idea

Exactly, that's why they say things like:

HERROOOOO....You like FWIED WICE?
