Werd.

The only way to avoid chips on this car is to keep it parked in a garage under a cover

This was in Hundred, WV. Site for the rally cross is www.trisrc.com

Tires are my daily Falken GR Beta's. I had NO grip at all on the course. As for the air filter, take it off and wash it, re-install. No biggie there. I bought the car to have fun with, and be able to do more than just drag race. Otherwise I would have gotten a Terminator

I beg to differ. Taken care of the proper way it will look just as good as the day you bought it. Mine did.

Although this looks like fun, this wouldn't be considered as one of the steps to preserving your paint.

I properly take care of my car's paint but driving it day to day creates more and more paint chips.

Thanks guys!

Honestly, I have owned alot of cars and a fair amount new off the lot. The Evo has by far the worst paint when it comes to chips. Oh well, I got it washed today and no new chips where really noticed. A carbon fiber hood is planned for the winter mods just due to the fact of how chipped the stocker is.

Anyone know of a smaller wheel that will fit? I really need to go narrower before the next rally.
