car still looks like it just left the factory line. I like the badgless (except ) on the trunk. Looks sexy. If you don't mind me asking, how much was the 3m bra install. Installer did a hell of a job!

I saw pictures of someone else's Evo w/ zip ties on here and really liked the idea, so I decided to copy it. I debated between zip ties and using Velcro with it as the Velcro would peel off reasonably easy after many years and I could quickly take off the plate when I wanted to wash that part of my car... I decided to go with zip ties because I was worried about people jacking my plate.
As you can probably see on the pictures, the upper left part of the plate is a little bent because I pulled the zip tie too tight. The DMV is sending me some personalized plates soon, and I plan on putting something in between the plate and the bumper so it looks more perpendicular to the ground.
FYI- Plan on either using longer zip ties for the bottom two holes for the license plate or (what I did) take two regular sized zip ties and have them link together. Be sure to use LOTS of electric tape (especially around the edges) to make sure you don't scrape up your beautiful Evo's front bumper The last thing you want is a front bumper with no holes drilled in it but MAJOR scratches from your metal plate scraping the clear coat.
