I asked Z1 and they said there is no bumper bolt holes on it, but what are those tabs hanging off the front for? I took out my front crash and the bumper sags a bit - if this stiffens and holds the bumper up better, I'm sold.

OK People.
I bought this a few months back.
THE GOOD:
It does replace the crash beam, but at the same time, you are also reinforcing the radiator support. So yes, crash beam does come off, less weight, more air to the intercooler, and at the same time link the mounting points of the crash beam and the radiator support together.
THE BAD:
Well, I could never install the damn thing because IT WONT FIT WITH AFTERMARKET INTERCOOLERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It wouldn't clear my ARC intercooler no matter how hard I tried. Even modifying it to fit would have been too much work. The only aftermarket intercooler that came close to fitting was the AMS intercooler. (I do believe some washers should be used to space it out to clear the AMS intercooler. AMS is short in length, but it is super thick, where my ARC and almost every other intercooler out there is very long, but not as thick of a core. So unless you are running a factory intercooler or an AMS one, you cannot fit this bar.
I hope this helps.
