These aren't my pictures. I got them from a local members thread to give you and idea what you are looking at.

here it is. the Cusco front brace.
1) unbolt, remove bumper.
2) locate mounting points
10mm screw
12mm screws
3) time to remove the crash beam
10mm screws
4) vise versa for the other side
5) the crash beam are on those hangers, so just pull the beam straight out.
6) you'll need to remove the plastic shrouds. just pop out the 3 clip-on bolts
and the same for the other side ( just 1 clip-on bolt)
7) then you would need to remove the crash beam bracets
12mm screws (x3) for both sides
damn rust...
8) for the drivers side, you'll need to relocate the horn.
10mm screw
relocate the horn to the 12mm screw point. (note: in the pic the horn is aimed to the right. you'll want to turn it aiming downward. otherwise you wont be able to fit the bumper back on)
9) mounting the Brace
10mm screw x1, 12mm screw x2 for each side
bolt on complete
left overs: weight reduction
finally, bolt the bumper back in place
