My Evolution IV
Stats:
1996 Evolution IV
81,000km
17x7.5" Evo VI Wheels
215/40/17 Kumho Ecsta MX
Defi Link v2 and Defi BF Boost Gauge
Trust Cat-back exhaust and unknown 3" downpipe
HKS Pod Filter
Unknown front bumper (yes, I like it!)
Interior red neon under seats, rear deck, and in floorboard. (yeah, I know, rice)
Pics the day I bought it:
Fitted the wheels and tires today, also installed the Defi Link and boost gauge (not pictured).
Bought front Brembos and rotors, they are shipping on Monday, so I should have them by early the following week. I ordered an Apexi AVC-R and Walbro 255hp fuel pump. Safe boost on this motor is 1.3 bar with those mods, it's at stock boost now which is .8 bar. I'll be picking up a test pipe next. The plans are Evo IX turbo, meth injection, mild cams, injectors, AEM wideband, and Power FC D-Jetro (to eliminate the MAF).
I'll get some decent daylight pictures tomorrow after I wax it.
Only problem I've found so far is the intercooler sprayer leaks water for about a 2 minutes after I spray for some reason, not sure why, gotta figure it out.

One thing that is confusing me is how low it sits in the back. I've got nothing in the trunk or back seats, and from what I could tell, it's stock suspension all around. It just sits really low for stock, I can't even get a finger in-between the fender well and tire. I had to shave a little bit of plastic off that was rubbing on the rear tire, and I *might* need to roll the fender just a tiny bit so it doesn't rub during hard cornering.

Yeah, we're gonna roll them tomorrow, I don't know how, but a friend of mine is real good at doing it without cracking paint or anything, he's done several cars around here all with great results.
