i have those exact same harnesses in black, and have 'em bolted to the rear seat mounting points, as per sparco's instructions. the way you have 'em will not work.

that aside the seats look good man.

 

I guess if you have the backrest reclined that would be safe.

 

yeah I have an SLL Evo. I traded my interior for those seats, harnesses, extra mounting brackets with sliders, and 03 rear seats. I always wanted those seats and they're going to be great for what I plan on using my evo for. waiting on shipping for the harness bar for all of you conserned evo members. Thanks for lookin out! In the mean time the harnesses are just for looks.

The harness are not bolted to anything, I don't why everyone keeps thinking that. they're just for show in the picture. I mean you can get in it and tighten it up to see how it feels, but i'm using the seat belts for daily use since its faster to just click it on.

Edit: I actually did try em out on the way to the gas station but it takes like 5 minutes to get in. hahahahaha

first full day of driving with em and let me say if you turn when you race get some! I love how you're just planted in there. Just don't get in em too fast or the seat sidewall goes up your ***. hahaha.

 

seats are great for driving hard. other wise i wouldnt want to be gettng in and out of them every day.on top of that long trips BLOW in them...

 

how can anyone hate on a do it urselfer job...thas the best way to do anythin

 

get a ebay harness bar for $150 with S&H. It's a same thing . and later when you got you roll bar you still can sell it.
