OK...so we are going to try to pull off a very nice evolutionM 2008 all Evo calendar. Now we need you submissions and nominations for the Evos to be included. We are aiming for a nice mix or race (rally, road, drag, etc) and street/show cars.
So lets hear them. You can post either an idea, or a direct submission.
To be eligible to be in the calender, the following requirements must be met:
-Car owner must be an evoM member
-Must be an impressive car. Please do not post submissions for anything but the best of the best. If you wouldn't be excited about it being in a calendar, then its probably not going to get in.
-Must have existing calendar worthy high res photographs that can be made available to us and have not been previously published in any publication. Each month will ahve one large main picture and too small detail pictures
-Any evo (1 on) is eligible. No Lancers please, we are going to do this in a separate calendar starting next year.
Before submitting, here are some guidelines for selecting a picture:
-Avoid shots with visible people in the picture. Exception would be if its a moving shot with a driver.
-No models. This is not that type of calendar
-Avoid driveway shots or car shows. We want interesting backdrops. That does not mean scenic, just not average.
-Avoid other cars in the shot unless it is artistically intentional
-No tall and thin or very long and short shots, they will not fit the calendar
-Unless absolutely incredible, avoid partial car shots for the main picture
-Detail pictures are good as we will need two for each car, but be sure you have a good main shot
-Post your A game. We don't have time to select a car because we like the car and not the photo. We need THE photo that will be in the calendar
-The less impressive the car is, the dramatically more impressive the picture will have to be
-The most impressive car will not make it if the picture is no good
Calendar details:
We need to have this decided by the end of the week to get this done in time. Calendars should be available for sale hopefully by the end of the first week of december and in time for the new year. Price is estimated to be in the $20-29 range shipped.

i just couldnt believe the timing on the emblem... that isnt photoshopped either. I have a 3m Red reflective emblem and the timing just happen to be me half in the sun and shade so the emblem came out of nowhere
