again just to let you know. The tire size will be consistent on the same rim size(rolling diameter). But changing the wheel size will change the angle the sidewall sits at changing the overall diameter.

The same sidewall size will alter the height of the contact surface. It will be very minimal in your case. I am talking about in europe where on the vdubs will run 18x7s in the front and 18x11s in the rear(they are crazy). Again dont worry about anything. You will be fine. I have know people that run(on various awd cars) 265 on the front and 245 on the rear(to reduce understeer). I have know audi guys that run 18x8.5 on the front and 18x10s on the rear. So dont pay any mind. Get the tires you want. And i agree that the azenis are perfect for the street. Rims look good. Same ones that were on the project car for evom?

yes i thought that if i put 255 on the 18x9 and 18x8 it will definatly sit different (guessing stretched on the 18x9)... but the difference on the diameter of the ride will be minimal ... so we'll see how everything goes!
about the same wheels as the project car for evom i dont know.. havent even seen the car yet! will do a little searching

i would have bought them all the same if they were brand new... but as i said i got these off a friends rx7 (killer deal) it came staggered, the only difference is its wider on the back! the diameter of the wheels and tires will be the same.. so the drivetrain is fine

yeah, not too observant. However, I tend to disagree that over long terms, on an AWD vehicle, that it wont cause damage.
Do you know how much the stuff in jeapordy costs? I mean, just think about it like that, and it seems obvious.
However, if you put the right size tires, or even say 255's on the front and 265's on the rear, you'd wind up with something very close which is much better.
Email neal@tirerack.com, he knows his stuff and can give you a definite answer.
