when I turned 16 i got my brothers old 92 Chevy Beretta
then in Feb 1999 i got a 98 Dodge Avenger. Had it paid off and thought i would keep the Avenger till it died but in May 2003 I got my Rally Red Evo and couldn't be happier even though im making car payments again.

huh, most of you guys have gone from manual cars to the evo, im kind of scared lol, ive had an auto for like 1 year and im planing to drive that for like 8 more months till i graduate from high school and then im hoping on getting an evo. Well im sort of scared because of this thread alot of people are saying that they over rev or middshift and what not. I know how to drive a stick sort of. But im sort of scared now, does this stuff happen regularly with people over reving it and what not

 

^ Spend $500 on an old beater that has a manual and learn to drive that.... After that driving an Evo will be EASY...
