Some pics of my winter project.
Well started on the biggest part of my winter plans, installing a new Buschur Deluxe frontmount intercooler and Buschur 3065 turbo kit.
Got the old turbo and intercooler off tonight, tommorow I will try and get the new stuff on. Everything came off pretty easy. No broken bolts on a DSM is always a good day!
Here are some pics for starters. In a couple you can see the new upperintercooler piping, mini batter and TiaL 50mm Blow off valve.
Here are some pics of the turbo kit...
In addition to the turbo kit and intercooler I will be installing PTE880cc injectors, 255lph Walboro pump (installed already actually), 4" intake, Innovate LC-1 Wideband and gauge, stainless steel shifter bushings, Buschur inline boost controller, EGT and Boost gauges (autometer ultra-lite I assume) stainless clutch line, new clutch (undecided at the moment) and Cossworth 272 cams. That should be about it, fresh fluids of course thruout the motor and drivetrain.

It actually was not bad at all. Everything went together perfectly. The Buschur stuff went together awesome. Only problems I had where the stock nuts for the manifold were to large for the new cast mani, so I got some thinner ones and lock washers for them. Also the rubber water lines are a lil too short, so I am going to get some line from the parts store. no biggie there.

Got the turbo/fmic install finished up today. Sorry the pics suck, lighting was terrible in the garage. I will get some better pics after I was the engine bay up and get some sunny weather! lol
