Looks like it.....outside one should be HID, then high beams, and finally fogs.

Nope. Looks like he's got HID's on the outside, high beams in the middle, and the OEM cap-off in place of the fog light bulbs on the inside.

No it doesnt have fog lights. The inner one is the fog and it is covered with a chrome cap.

i think they only have the fogs on the MR. im not really sure

They have em on EVOs with Sun/Sound/Leather... Not just MRs
