BBY Evo VIII detail!
This is the 1st time I've done a full correction detail and was the 1st time I used my Ultimate detailing machine. I think it turned out very well. These were taken about a week after the detail and he had just gotten his new Advans. I don't have any before pics, but it was in pretty bad shape as it hadn't be detailed in over a year when I did it by hand.
Process:
Coin-op wash (stupid water ban in GA...)
Simple Green on wheels and degrease engine (not the ones that are on there now)
Clay w/ Adams clay and Megs QD
Menz IP w/ UDM LC orange
Menz FP w/ UDM LC white
Menz FG w/ UDM LC black or blue (can't remember)
Collinite 845s

I did speed 5 as I was afraid to go to 6, but after doing my car with Poorboy SSR2.5 at speed 6 i see its not too bad and its really hard to burn the paint with a UDM or PC. I think I would have been able to get a lot more swirls out with speed 6. What polishes/swirl removers are you going to be using?

If it hadn't been detailed (depending on your definition of detailed) for over a year and it looks that good now, you did a really good job, and I'm sure it looked awful before. I wish there was someone here that did a good detailing job, instead of paying the detail "shops" to do it and do a horrible job. Oh well, there's always cheerleader fund raises!
