is this stronger then factory or just a mod for light weight?
The headliner is already in the car and this is lighter and stronger.

Its a carbon kevlar weave with a foam core. its not your typical carbon fiber. this is the kind that race teams use to build a car.

We don't really allow for any. Again this is not like your typical CF hood or trunk. this is the real deal. no fiberglass shells. This is race car quality stuff.

The company that makes these for us builds complete Carbon Fiber bodies for race cars. They do low production HIGH quality pieces.

that is really good to know , I mean even $5,000 lcd tv's have a 1% error allowable now if AMS would only do a little install day on the west coast, maybe like AZ, maybe like 85224

I saw a video on the internet a while back testing roof weights on the EVO. They added the additional weight difference from the standard roof to an MR and timed it through different road tests (so they were not testing different cars with different variables). Then took the weight off and did the same tests. The MR without the extra weight was considerably faster. So loosing the weight from a standard EVO roof to your carbon should be amazing! Sooo, whenever you need me to test that out for you guys I'm ready.
