had no idea there was a MR RS??????? thats basically an oxymoron here in the states........ MR=luxury (as much luxury you can get out of an evo) and RS= raw, light, stripped evo......

please explain what options this car has..my mind is going nuts

Hi,

MR doesn't mean luxury, it stands for Mitsubishi Racing. MR's have a composite roof skin which is 7kg lighter helping reduce the cars centre of gravity, 10.5 turbo housing , MR camshafts (been replaced now with HKS), larger oiler cooler and darkend lights, althoguh the RS version does not come with these (did them myself).

So basically you get all the performance enhancemens from the MR plus the lightness of the RS. They are extremely rare, I only know of about 4 8MRRS
's in the UK.

Thanks for all the nice comments guys, appreciate it. I understand the stripes aren't to everyones liking, but they grow on you. Trust me! lol

Been looking at alot of your cars, alot of awsome looking cars! Amazes me how much power you guys are prepared to run on stock blocks. My car was 412/379 and have just had the bottom end forged before I go any further!

Oh, sorry - the wheels are Dare Drift RS's 18" x 9.5" copys of the expensive Advans!

I dig the stripes... but then again a big part of me is still old school american muscle cars (camaro's and such). Looks good.

Another thing is MRRS comes w/ 5 spd instead of 6 spd. Correct me if I'm wrong
Btw, very clean looking evo.
