STM Update: 98 GSX Build, Ricer Evo and Shop Pics
Just wanted to share a few pics of what we had going on here this spring:
Nick welding above, his motor in front (grey and carbonfiber) and the Black 98's motor.
The engine above is for a customer's car, Tin's 98 GSX.
(mock-up stages)
(before paint)
(Today after paint and some serious cleaning!)
Tin's car should be one clean machine when it's done: Built SBR Motor, TRE Trans, 35R with Tial V-band, AEM, carbonfiber hatch and lexan, carbon hood... Can't wait to see your car running, Tin ...although we need to have a "discussion" about that valve cover!
We are waiting on the lexan, interior carpet, transmission, tail lights and random, brand-new engine bay brackets... then I will have some really nice pics to share!
Our car, The "RICER" is going through some transformations- coilovers, small brake kit, 15's and Quick Time Pro's. This car is still on the OEM motor, except for the cams. 45,000+ miles of abuse, and still strong! Last year the car had a best time of 10.6@134.
You can see the small Koyo radiator in the pic below... for now I'll leave the new set-up to your imagination :sneaky:
(Pic from today... and, yes, you could lick the engine bay... it's that clean )
Here's a few pics inside of our shop:
Any questions feel free to ask. Hope you enjoyed the pics!
Also, I've made a new logo... let me know what you think:
