Chief Thats What Happends When You Let The Outside Air Come In,,, For Some Reaon Mitsubishi Engineers Decided To Design The Car To Where Everytime To Shut The Engine Down The Little Button On Your A/c Panel To Prihibit The Air From Outside To Come In Will Trigger And Let Outside Air Come In, You Have To Press It Everytime You Start Your Car To Drive A Way,,, I You Leave The Outside Air Come In Thats What Hapens The Outside Garbage Will Be Suked Inside The Cabin,

Yes kind of but is has an IM after it Part Number:MR398288 im
And in the picture it doesnt have the tabs for the screws in the picture that are needed to install
