Yup, I got an evo 9 bumper and bolted up fine in like 30 mins. Make sure you get all the mesh and center emblem otherwise it gets $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ .

do not buy a 9 bumper from the dealership they do not come with mesh pieces and what not, find a member who is selling one, but other than that it will bolt right up

I've been lerking for the past few days and I recall atleast 2 threads with people who did this.

Gruppe-s.com has them for 899$ shipped. They come pre-painted and come with a lip. They just don't come with the mesh. But you can re-use a few peices of the mesh off your 8 bumper.

 

i live right by grouppe-s but i dont wanna pay that much i rather get a used one off of some1 and repainted on my own

 

Just keep looking around for used Evo 9 bumpers, but they are hard to find. But also seen the after market Evo 9 bumpers with the lips molded into the bumper. Many people say they are good fit also.
