PIcs of modified Seibon stock style CF hoods?

How does one remove the cheesy mesh on the Seibon stock hood and re-use the stock vent? Can I see a pic please?

Thanks!

Here you go. I used "L" shaped brackets under the hood to hold it together.

Does the mesh seperate from the rubber piece? Sadly, I have no stock hood to look at since I sold mine with the mesh. I was going to get that mesh from a dealer. I do have the metal piece....

One more question - My seibon has a plate of some sort with 4 screws - can I remove it?

1. put the stock mesh on top of the hood
2. put the stock vent underneath the hood (put mesh studs through the holes in the vent)
3. put a big enough washer to cover the bolt hole on the vent and secure with self-locking nut

there you go! all you have to do is sandwich that vent and mesh onto the hood scoop lip!
