This is probably the update you were all waiting for.
3 years ago to the day I bought my car. It was busted in the front end, had 7" brakes, a tiny engine, and reeked of cigarettes in the tan-corduroy interior. I'd like to think I've done everything I can to rid the chassis of its former self. It's a shame it has taken so long to get this far, but when money is tight and you're putting yourself through school, not everything works out as it should. Hopefully it wont be long before I have the turbo spooling up.
Thanks to everyone for the continual support and motivation. It wont be long now before I get behind the wheel again.

Ha thanks, you've got me on the built engine though, and the correct turbo!
And that's crazy how long its taken for your parts. When they come in shoot me a PM, I still need it (even though the proper rack for the TME is the LHD RS 2.2, the GSR will do).

They have just about everything- and if you give the part numbers off this site to a US dealership they can get SOME things at least.

I was told those are rear foglights. Do yours light up with the brakes?
In other news, no real progress with the engine. Still working on wiring, and the snow isn't helping. However I got some new shoes for the car:
I never planned on keeping the BBS wheels, albeit their performance and strength, I wanted something different. Until I can find some TME wheels I'll be rocking these. Work VS-TX in 18x9.0 +33 and +34. Sits very flush up front, and currently pokes out in the rear. Should fit nicely with the rear flares.

No those are "garnish lights"
The fog lights are installed by Ralliart Europe, not by Mitsu. VERY ugly square light in the middle of the bumper. Apparently they're needed to pass inspection in the UK?
Heres one on an IX
