Picked up a carbon trunk over the weekend, not sure if I want to keep it. I WILL be putting a wing on the car regardless, an Evo 6 just doesn't look right without the wing.

Mount said wing on new trunk! I think black is one of the only colors CF parts belong on.

Nice, and I agree; and Evo is just not an Evo without its wing, but at the same time I thought you had a wing on it already!

Thanks, if you want to get started on bodywork I am selling my hood, trunk, fenders and rear bumper. I suggest picking up one of the front clips on eBay though. It's your best option (getting nearly everything at once).

And sorry for the lack of updates everyone, I've been waiting weeks now for my shipment to arrive. Hopefully I'll find our where it is soon.

Hopefully, when I get this new job later this month, perhaps I'll get started on the project next spring or summer. I'm thinking about starting off with body work, first, however. I kinda need to drive it before I start with the car guts.

If money isn't an issue and you want to finish a project 100% to the end, then there is absolutely no better way to start than with one of these front clips:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JDM-M...ht_2271wt_1167

I can't tell you how much money you save by going that route. Not only cash savings in the long run but all the time you save. I have spent countless days searching on end for the correct part, and a clip like that has 90% of what you need, for a crazy low price. Order an interior and a rear floor panel, you're set.

Yeah, I wish I could buy that and a final gen Mirage right now. If I had maybe 7 or 8 grand, right now, I would.
