Now for the only thing I'm a little upset about. No side vent. The included a bunch of mesh to make one I guess. (I'll have to find one overseas)

Not sure when I'm going to put it on to test fit it, perhaps next week when it warms up a bit.

That's a very nice conversion you got there, billys pap!

I got a thread of my own, but I have yet to purchase a Mirage. However, I'm getting quite a bit of money racked up already, and I'm about 1/3 of the way there in terms of how much I need to get a good one. I will get one sometime this summer, though. I know it.

I wish I could just donate money to the OP. The dedication, passion and attention to detail is ridiculous and I, for one, can appreciate it. I can't wait to see it all done.

Thanks for the comments everyone. Unfortunately it will still be some time before I have this road-worthy.

I have a major issue with my braking system. Even after bleeding all 4 corners, the system still cannot maintain pressure. There are no fluid leaks, and with the engine started the problem is even worse. This was the last thing I expected to have an issue with, and it is setting me way back.

^^ i had an issue like that before and it was the brake booster... had a "leak" somehow and air was getting into the system..worth a shot

I know there is a check valve in the brake booster line for the older dsms, haven't checked on the evo yet but the idea seems sound as you don't want the brake booster seeing boost. .....dunno if you mean leak as in air or as in brake fluid but I tried lol.

Just unplugged the brake booster and the problem persists. This weekend I'm going to do a complete brake fluid change, I'm hoping there's just a big air bubble or something stuck in the lines.

In the meantime however, check it out:

Could it possibly be the master cylinder? I had to rebuild mine due to the internal seals allowing fluid transfer and not maintaining pressure. When I held the brake pedal it would slowly sink to the floor.
