I'd assume you would notice something, although probably very minimal at stock turbo power levels. I feel an IC on the stock turbo is more for situations so you don't lose the power you're already making due to heat soak (road course, dyno, drag racing, etc. etc.)

I put it on at the same time as my GSC S1 cams and gained a total of 90awhp.
