Heres a pix of my 06 Evo IX GSR 5-speed NON-HID...

Things you need...
JDM Evo8 HID or USDM HID headlight housings
D2S HID kit that has 9006 connector on the ballast itself
RE-USE stock USDM wiring harness from Halogen headlights
RE-USE stock USDM parking light socket (with bulb) and wiring. NOTE: I have JDM Evo8 HID housings and it has different type of parking light socket from the USDM wiring harness.

Example of how a D2s HID kit with 9006 connector on ballast looks like...
