^^^^ +1, I looked everywhere and the only mud flaps I found where rallyarmour. I actually have a set too, very nice mud flaps.

Yes they are RallyArmor mudflaps, and LED strips

I wanted to try something different and didn't recall ever seeing that done on an Evo so I went with it. It's not a kit or anything that's sold, just a flexible LED strip that I cut to size.

They do look a little brighter in this picture then they actually are because of the slower shutter speed.

You can order the plugs from the dealership. They come prepainted for around $20 bucks if I can recall. I got one for my 9 bumper that was prepainted silver.
