its actually a plain Carrera S... with "turbo" wheels
but dont slam the P-car... i hate to admit it, but a stock 'Carrera S' (non-turbo) runs 12.4 quarters all day, and tops out at 187mph... we need more than 'bolt-ons' to keep up

You're a bit off. this is the part of Brooklyn, where the biggest lot u can buy is like 40x100' (YES, FEET!) the houses can look old or crappy, but its the land that runs away in price.
and cars arent really That nice, you should see further down the block
i only posted cause 4 black cars were next to each other

Ah, that makes sense! I have ZERO experience with NY housing. The neighborhood looks nice, but the homes look in the 300-500k range from the housing areas I'm familiar to. Which in MY experience would be an upper-middle class neighborhood. I definitely meant no offense! That's one reason I could never live in NY or areas like that. I couldn't imagine paying $800k+ for a house I could get here for 3-4. You definitely pay the premium!
The same thing applies to beach front though. I'm from FL and LOVE the beach, but could never own a home on the beach. Not only would the astronomical price for less home bother me, but the salt eating at my car and the crazy insurance would drive me insane!! Much props though!

^ ye its a bit annoying how a tiny, and usually ugly house runs almost a Mil, just cause of the neighborhood its in. but thats NYC for ya. I've seen celebrity mansions somewhere out in Arizona that cost less... of course who would wanna live out there ?
as far as beach-front... oh ye, my folks have 2 identical apartments in Miami. one beachfront, one literally across the street. the difference in price was ~ $150k
