the drop and ride of the tanabe's is better than any other spring out there..the stance of the car makes it look so aggressive compared to other springs where the front of the car is still slightly higher than the rear. The driveabiliy and ride is just about stock too. IMO the best springs for the evo and if i were to do it again i'll go with tanabe's.

Wow! perfect drop.... I was thinking of going with Swift Spec-R's on Bilistin HDs, but you my friend just through a wrench in my plans for springs. I might just try Tanabe GF210's on Bilistin HD and see how it goes. Thanks!!!

Honestly it looks like these are the best looking springs out there for the Evo.

I don't know but there are only 3 springs recommended by the best aka Worx and Robispec...and those 3 are.

Swifts
Worx
Espelirs

The lowest drop of the 3 are Espelirs @ 1.7" front and .9" rear. I recently installed them to raise my car (used to have KW Variant 3s) and did a review here:

I'm talking about looks, I think it has the most aggressive stance.

The springs u posted are a ok drop but are mainly for handling.

What does the Tanabe drop? I'm willing to bet it'd be very close. And if you don't give a crap about handling (don't know why you wouldn't if you buy an Evo) then just got for Tein Stechs, they drop 2" and it's the lowest drop for the Evo but it'll make your car feel like *** and bounce up and down the freeway. So handling or look or a compromise of both? You tell me

Personally I think if you're just lowering for the looks and doesn't car about ride height it'd be the ricer thing to do. May as well cut your springs to save the $ huh...

I'm looking for an aggressive look (front end to be lower than the back). Tein S Techs look like a even drop all around. Teins are a big drop but that is it the car looks almost even front and back.

I did not buy my Evo to road race it, the main reason why I bought it was to DD it and drag race on the weekends. I don't want my car to ride like crap but I do want it to look pretty. Which is why the GF210's are perfect for me.
