Any cars looks good with tint. the darkest the better. I got 15% all the way and I love it. haven't had any troubles with the cops yet

 

No tint is allowed at all on the front windows in CA, only rears.

 

i would personally tint the windows which was one of my first so called mods. lol, it gives ur car that clean look especially if u like privacy and protects ur interior from the sun. i've done 20% on mines, and never had a problem with it. pretty much visable somewhat see through in the day, but really dark pitch black at night lol.... but also depends on what kind of tints you uses.... i made a photoshoot of my car awhile back just search my post, sorry can't post any pic's since im on my phone but g/l with your pick....

I have a TB SE with 15%, that's about as low as I'd want to go without being too dark for night driving.

Tint it My car came with 35% tinted when I bought it and I don't like it. its not dark enought for me. so I stripped the old tint off got 15%. its perfect.

 

Go for the tint man!!! Just don't go too dark and don't go to light. I have a 22% tint on mine and it looks perfect!!!

seems like tint is the consensus. maybe something like a 25% or so...not to light and not do dark. any one got that esp on a tb evo? thanks guys!

 

i would be a 30%, if you tint it too dark it becomes too much black on a black car.

 

Tint it. I tinted mine to keep a$$holes from looking at the goodies in my ride That was one of the first mods to the car.

 

DO IT! tint was my first mod. i have the ssl package and the tint helped out soooo much. before i would get in the car and it would be blistering hot if i had the windows up. even with the windows cracked the black leather would soak up so much heat. i now have 20% tint on front windows and double 20% around back. i can keep the windows up and hop in the car and it will be a lil toasty, just crack open the windows for a bit and its nice and cool again. ive had two tickets so far and still resisting to take them off. whats bull**** is i got a ticket in chicago while my car was parked while i was clubbing. came out of the club and i got a ticket for no front plate and tint. wtf!!!! but i would recommend some tint. it helps the cars overall look even if u decide to just tint the rear first. nothings better than looking over and seeing someone check out your car. they tend to look more with the tint there. clueless that you are staring back at them and watching their reactions. im now looking at tinting my windsheild. i have a 8" tint banner on right now, and dont like the sun coming in on full blast so even a light tint in front would be great in my car.

 

good advice. i have the ssl to so i think it would look nice. just now trying to decide on the %. i will be going to a local tint shop with a buddy soon and I know that if i roll up with my car, i will not leave without the tint...damn peer pressure. 30% is legal, and looks clean, i just think i want a lil darker. but im also afraid of making it so dark that it is hard to see at night. need something in between. so im thinking somewhere 20-30%...lets hear the opinions guys

 

I tinted mine all around 35% not a fan of the dark time. I love the look
