color matched headlamps?

anyone color matched their headlamp housings like the new Corvette?
saw a new vette yesterday and thought it might look too ricer or?
any pics if you have done it? specifically white

i saw a pic of a white evo with white headlamps, most disgusting thing ive ever seen, dont do it go black if you want to paint your headlamps

It doesn't look good on Evos. I've seen a few pics around here. I saw a rally red evo with color matched headlight housing. It didnt look good at all.

Looks good on g35, 350z, but not on an Evo. I think colormatched are more for luxury sports car, not raw track cars look that the Evo has.

I thought they would look fugly but wasnt sure if someone had done them

I saw a red, white, and blue evo with color matched headlights. It's not very pretty. You can do a search for evodave and you can see the pics.

Personally, I rather keep it chrome then color match it.

Color matched is a no go. White on white = mike @ ets ..awesome guy, but the lights are not a go.

yeah i have done colored ones....reds (the one blue pic above i did) as well as white ....i didn't really love them lol.

I think that on Electric blue it looks much better than on the other colors including BBY.
