CBRD Titanium Lug Nuts! Who but the wheel/tire ***** to get them first?

So I've been chatting with chad since early December about his titanium lugnuts. Boy oh boy did he pick the right guy to send them to first!

Check them out! REAL TITANIUM! Not some "neo-chro" look alloy stuff (which are awesome too don't get me wrong, but these are more functional).

"CBRD" is laser etched on the top of the lug, and "85 ft. lbs." is on the side just in case you have a concussion while racing and forget what to torque your wheels to . Open ended too!

But enough talk, onto the pics!

BIG THANKS to Chad for letting me be one of the first (the first I think?) to have these lugnuts! I think I'm going to have to whip out the Volks and get some teaser pics up of the whole set up!

Dunno if pricing has been finalized, but should be $285+shipping last I heard.

Black might be possible but why? The look is already so clean....not stupid chrome flashiness, and not something that will discolor down the road.

How do you know they're lighter than ANY other? Dont get me wrong, they're beautiful, and CBRD makes great products, but the statement doesn't make sense.

Arnold Palmer FTMFW!!!

Honestly though... $285 for lugs...? I understand the concept, but to justify spending that kinda cash on something so neglidgable...

we designed them originally for our TA car, to prevent thread damage issues and I wanted over a full inch of thread engagement and not have to worry about lug nut adapters, etc...

they are pretty light... im not at the shop so i dont have the exact weight... but they are also useable for BMW's with studs for the track, nissan, etc....

they will be less than 285... more like 255.00 which is basically our cost... we are producing them because we love them and they are great for track enthusiasts...

if you feel they are too much, they may be for your needs..... but we are hardcore about our track work.

cheers

thanks for the compliments.

i can also do them in different materials, but i probably wont.
