Well, I finally got the headlights painted this weekend! I think they turned out pretty good. I wish I would have thought ahead and just ordered some amber vinyl to stick on the inside of the lens. All in all, I think they look pretty good!

I also got the intercoller stripped from all the black paint. It looked pretty nasty so I just went ahead and re-sprayed it a gunmetal color! I think it looks good!

looks good, what did you use for the amber part?

 

I used the duplicolor metal cast orange. It didnt look very good before I put the tailights together. I didnt know whether to paint the inside of the lens or the actual chrome piece. I ended up painting the chrome piece. Once I got them together though, I was surprised at how good they look!

I did mines like 3 months ago it looks good but the only problem is you got to make sure you seal it up rite because I keep on somehow getting a little for inside the lens when it rains the day before
