got fed up with the no spark issue so i towed the car to a local shop who knows his stuff..

Well, it took only but 2hrs on the lab scope for my local shop to figure out the problem was. The guys who built my motor, put the crank sensor on wrong *backwards* when i did my first initial start up thats when he said it probably crack n broke the sensor. The motor was supposed to be finished, timed and ready to go on pick up but i had to do all that. The only thing i did not touch is the crank sensor and im upset with myself that i dint catch that. Dont ask me who the shop was cause im not going to say stuff over the net nor in person. This is now between the shop and i. I just hope to hell this motor last now. This has me nervous..


To also answer the no spark thread, i had power to the sensor via engine harness just not to the sensor. So thats what gave me false hope it was okay. It was a brand new sensor, but just cause it was put on wrong, it cracked on first initial start up.. Still will swollow my pride and say sorry to the guys i doubted it was the sensor. Even though you could see why i dint think it was at first.
