rear wiper plug
#48
I dont understand why everyone wants to take off the rear wiper. I love mine and use it all the time. I dont think its that much of an eye sore and actually make the car look unique since not many 4-door sedans have one. just my 2 cents.

well i dont really need it at all, i live in florida where snow or fog is not an issue. If you have a carbon fiber trunk like me and a rexpeed trunk lip you would want to remove the rear wiper to get that extra sleek look.

Yup me to. Looks good, lets see if it works!
The plugs other guys say work?
Both are 1.625 ID which is right but they don't snap in or stay. You would have to caulk it.. one of those things no one talks about.
This one fits, but look at the back. There is no way it seals
The other one, I think this is the Mustang one. Same thing, no seal.
Honda one to small. The OD is 1.625 where as it would just about fall through the hole.

I have this one on my car. I used some clear RTV. It stayed for a bit until a friend poked it and fell out. It just sits there though. I don't ever drive my car in rain though. It stays there with nothing holding it in. Definitely too small though.
I still do this day am looking for a better plug.

Got this plug today...popped in back window no problem and the gasket provided helped it seal very well...Like it was said above, I highly doubt it will end up leaking at all...
