I'd be in the same boat. I made 361hp on CBRD dyno and should be low 12's, high 11's but I have NEVER drag raced. I'm sure it would take me a lot of practice to get those numbers.

yea, all of it is in the launch and shifting in your powerband. You can train a monkey to run the 2nd end of the track but the launch is what I need to practice on. I still get butterflys on my first run, after that I tend to relax a lil more. We're going to Cecil this friday if you wanna come Devo!

If I had to predict my first run if I ever went, it'd be 14.8 @ 112mph I'm not a very good AWD drag racer. I'm better with FWD since I'm not afraid to break anything The thing that's holding me back from going to the track and getting a good time in my Evo is drivetrain destruction I'm too scared to flat shift in the evo. I know what the car is capable of, and that's all that matters to me.
Good luck at getting better times. The car is defiantly capable of 11's. The car is looking great as always. You pull off those APR canards very well. They only seem to look good on IX's

nah they said the ground was contaminated and the old man opened her back up... repaved it and put alot of work into it, as soon as some rubber gets on the track she'll be worth a F*** but as of now it still needs a bit.

Yea, i heard the owner got cancer and that's the reason why he had it shut down for awhile. But either he sold it, or got some money to open 'er back up again. Needs a couple of minor things which they're planning on fixing soon, and I think it'll be a nicer track.
Thanks man, really appreciate it. Let me know if you're ever doing photos in York, your work is badass!!

Hey gold finger, do you remember me from the track? i came up in the black evo but didnt race. that track was seriouly one of the worst i have been to.
I heard the people in the staging lanes were disrespectful and rude. We had a decent time though.
You will have to make it down to MIR one of these weekends.

i did 13.01 with 256/272. although my 60' was a 1.8.
It takes time to aquire the "driver mod." I think i know of only one guy that can gloat his driver mod skills.
