With the turn of the economy, everything went up (as the dollar fell). Now they are a bit more.

Because the cut-off line is completely different
THIS

VS- THIS

If you don't aim your headlights low you'll actually be blinding people on the left side. Just go all the way and swap out the Projectors. I've done it, its not that hard

^^^ seems like a good business, but doesn't say that they will make them look like JDM headlights only upgraded the projectors.

I think read the page deeper - they will do custom paint however you want it, which is where I believe the JDM style comes in. From the site:

Custom Painting
The final look of the conversion can be customized by painting any desired pieces such as housings, reflectors, and shrouds; any color. This is where it really comes down to preference; the color scheme will ultimately determine the look of the final product. You can make the lights look like they were a factory option, or you can have them custom painted to really set them apart from the rest of the crowd. Cost is normally $80 extra for painted housings, although price may vary depending on the details. Any OEM color match painting is $40 extra on top of the painting charge. Amber reflectors can be removed, left alone, or painted so they blend in with the rest of the light. This usually ties everything together so the lights mesh well with the car.

*edit - btw, that site looks sweet. I love the TSX projector conversion alone! Unfortunately the down time is pretty steep right now with the long queue.

i read that, the jdm reflectors are a completely different piece. Post pics later but i'd have to see them convert one first to believe it.

The pics they show they are just adding the tsx projectors to the JDM lights. Not converting the oem ones to JDM.

Ah, I am not super familiar with the JDM-style and didn't realize the reflector being a different piece. I am not affiliated with the company and in fact just realized the site might be .net and tried it/posted.

I'm sure if it is an easy addition they would do it since the headlight unit would be disassembled. I would assume the only issue would be how to source the reflector piece.

Got it - very informative pictures. I suppose it wouldn't quite look the same with the chrome reflector with an amber tint (it might look like ***, actually.
