are the tyres the KU36 or KU31? i'll be running KU36 on my 9.5" rims and need to know if i should go down a size since they run wide

can i get these in brushed centers along with a brushed cap? i had a set of classic wheels and they were brushed but the center cap was not, and it bothered me for the time i had them on the car...
