I only posted my pic because of the editing I put into it and I thought it was a pretty sick shot...

Lose of traction, not running a fast time and the other factors of trying to run a fast time wasnt my point of posting the image. I believe this was my cool down lap by the way too...

The only way I know of posting images is via photobucket and the like, which downsizes the image...
