I told her i'm going to NEFR because the wedding isn't until Sunday and she flipped. Stupid Rehearsal dinners...

 

dude, that's funny, last year I had to rush home, and leave the saturday morning stages early to get home for my cousins wedding in boston (in which I got a ticket in Maine on the way home!)

 

all those extra keys add weight

 

I saw that too, he has at least a pound of keys hanging there. Weird that you have so much crap on a keychain for a rally car.

Took it to a rallycross this weekend, and apparently lost part of the lower lip in turn two... Time to make a new one...

A few updates...

First, a picture from the rallycross a few weeks ago..

Also did some paint work over the weekend.... Just goes to show that with a little patience you can do paint work yourself.. (Although I am NOT happy with the clearcoat I used... it became dingy and took a bit of wetsanding and polishing to get it close enough)..

I simply took my time and did alot of wetsanding between coats... While its not Chip Foose Quality... It looks damn good for a rally car...

Sorry for the lousy cell phone pics... Windows 7 apparently doesn't support the Canon 10d, and my CF reader is at the office...

So... Mounted the hood pod tonight and tested the lights... two hours later... I can see again...

Mounted up with a support bracket..
