i have the Original Rally Armor flaps

 

I don't think Rally car needs voltex generator and carbon fiber lip, do you really rally your evo?

 

Voltex is a brand.... VORTEX generator is what ur looking for.... And would a rally car have different aerodynamics than a normal car? I'm pretty sure a Vortex generator on all cars regardless is there to aid and produce more down force but creating Vortices that keep the streamline with the car and force the air over the rear spoiler...

Thought you could directly bolt to bumper bar for mounting of light bar... if you look through those long skinny gaps in bumper you should see screw holes... they are the same bolt size that holds the bumper bar on. You wouldn't have to take bumper off to weld then. Either way.
