Mud Flaps: Yea or Nay?

I don't think they do anything for the looks of the car, but I've seen some EVO's with higher mileage than mine and most have rock chips on the lower halves of the doors down the whole side of the car. Seems unavoidable unless you get some mudflaps. They don't have to be huge or flashy, just black and should not stick out much from the wheel well. If they're small enough, they don't look good or bad, and they save the paint. I may be getting some from a local parts shop soon after seeing what my car could look like in another 50K miles.

Evo's and flaps are like pancakes and syrup.....Flap haters are usually into M3's and are wingless.
Mine are mounted inboard to flush with tires and are straight up and down....alot of people jam em on and they look hideous....all about the install.

Man, I tell you though, those low/wide mud flaps are seriously helping keep the dirt off your car!
