Wheel powdercoat colors on RPF1's

I am going to get my recently bought Enkei's powdercoated but want some opinions on colors. The car is Tarmac Black and I am leaning towards black. Either flat or gloss. What do you guys think?

what size are the wheels? I think that that will make a difference in the color choice as the darker colors would look better on the smaller sized wheel and lighter, brighter colors on the larger.

The rpf's have a very small lip, so I would be led to believe that a different colored lip would be kind of pointless. Now, if he had a wheel with a 2+inch lip, I think that it would be a different story. The RPF is a difficult wheel to make look good though. Typically the only ones that I find pleasing are the low offset, 9.5"+ variety in either 17" or 18".

Imo it just depends on the theme of your car if u do have one? 17x8 isn't so aggressive so i'd keep it plain and simple like gloss black wheels, on red brembo, on a black car. But if you want to be different i'd do gold wheels, on black brembo, on black car. That would be pretty sick and different. Check out my evo(there's a thread i have going"HellaFlush Aggressive Stance") i did gloss black rp's, on gold brembo, on a red car. Hope this helps and good luck on your decisions...

As stated above I wouldn't do a crazy color with such a small wheel. I've seen a 5Zigen FN01RC in flat black on a TB Evo and it looked freak'n sweet!

Or get the big wheels and do something wild. I'm personally getting 18x9.5 Rota Grids and powdercoating them a crazy blue.
