Chad -- I love how you have built this car....You'll be hard to beat when you get this out on the track...

A couple of questions - (1) Any specs on the front and rear splitter / diffuser (material , weight, mounting points) ?and (2) exhaust ?

The front splitter and rear diffuser were made by DHP... the wing was done by an undisclosed company for us....

The front splitter has a foam based core and is covered in carbon... the rear has a balsa style core and is covered in epoxied carbon with 5 strakes and two turn down end strakes with a 1" lip....

the front is mounted with an aluminum structure to the chassis of the car, the bumper can be removed in about a minute and the splitter stays on.... the splitter also helps to pocket the big setrab oil cooler in the passenger fender.

the rear is mounted off of stand offs behind the rear diff, and then 2 bolts behind the bumper that are slotted to allow us to adjust the angle of attack in relation to rake on the car..

it was built to be at 10 degrees with the rideheight the car has been run at (and other cars we have done)....

it goes forward to just about the rear axle centerline....

cheers

CB

oh yeah, the exhaust was custom made by ourselves and blouch turbo.... it is all 304SS 3" with vbands... it uses a burns 3" to 4.5" oval transition at the rear.

Would have met you there but making a few changes to my car...it ran toooo hot at my last track event.

Good luck there!

The more hot cars show up at the east coast events... we will get more exposure like the West coast cats

I want to see some videos of this beast doing it's thing at the track. Not just looking pretty in the shop!
But it does do the latter extremely well. Makes me really want to check out CBRD.

That looks very nice Chadster, nice feature to be able to adjust it. Good to see it really hanging down and having a good angle - should work better than the more mellow "look at my cool diffuser" diffusers out there.

Nice job on the double post of the rear and nothing up close on the Brembos .

I didn't know that Ken Block was driving this thing, he's the only good driver with the last name Block - right?
