Evo VII/JDM VIII Bumper or EVO IX JDM rear bumper? On EVO IX.
Hello guys,
I was wondering if any of you guys has installed a EVO VII rear bumper or JDM VIII(same) on a EVO IX? Personally I think it looks great, specially with a diffuser... I own a EVO IX and I'm debating wether to install a EVO IX JDM bumper or a EVO VII/VIII jdm bumper. I really like the look on the VII/VIII JDM, but I don't feel right installing it on my EVO IX. I know it sounds stupid, but It feels like a downgrade eventho I seem to like it better. Which do you like better?

ehh i see both sides of the coin
Buy the part you like most
or
Keep the car the way its suppose to be (a IX is suppose to be a IX I suppose)
However, I think the tipping point is the fact that the VII/VIII jdm rear is damn hard to find. And if you don't find it in the right color, you'd have to add the cost of paint plus the cost of the diffuser and the carbon fiber cf shield.
Whereas the JDM IX is just a simple bolt it on and leave it alone mod.

Both look good. Is there a huge price difference? I see the IX bumper for sale everywhere. Where can you find the VII JDM rear?
I would go with whichever you like best and decision based on if there is a huge price difference...

If you want to be semi different buy the vii/vii if you want to look very clean buy the ix but at the end of the day guess what? It's still an EVO and it's going to look good regardless!

I'm rocking the vii rear on my viii, though never seen it coupled with the ix front.
The vii just follows the lines of the car better than the usdm or ix which everyone has. If you can get your hands on the vii go for it
