Doesn't look like they are too stretched. I'm guessing those TE's are the +22 offest so a little tire stretch may be need to clear the fenders.

I'm with ya on the size eve and IMO anyone running that TE setup gets some slack on tire stretch from me for the fitament reasons. I think that 9.5+22 TE's is the most badass setup on stock fenders.

eve-slow and zbomb are 100% correct. I'm running 18X9.5+22s on Nitto NT05 245/40/18. Had to roll the rear fenders to fit them, and the tires are a bit stretched.
