I just got my bumper in the mail today And it has a chip/crack on it.. I'm debating if it's worth the hastle to have it returned and wait for a new one or to let the body shop fix it. The bumper is gonna be installed by a shop anyway.

Should I just have them sand it and repair before paint etc?

Try calling the place where you got it. They'll either replace it at their expense or they can pay for the cost to get it fixed. Hopefully they will. GL

you be better off fixing it yourself seriously may be a complete hassle trying to return it and prove it was not shippers fault etc.

Its a c-1/ c west style. I called the company and they said they'll give me partial refund so I can get it repaired.. It's from andys autosport and yes it is the bumper that isn't sappsed to crack.. Ironic huh?

i would like to see a pic of the bumper too...since duraflex bumpers are pretty cheap, hope the fitments are excellent after all.
