tint install is cheap in FL. Just like tint install is cheap in CA, compared to WA ($200 - $300 range, or more).
BTW - here is my 20% all around, except for front:
I thought only Nevada didn't have an issue with front window tint that dark (I've seen ricer Civics with "tank slits" in their limo tinted front windshield!)
*edit - and yes I know I need to fix the gap. Spec-R springs are waiting for me to take the time to install them.

I live in CA, and I had all my windows done about 2 years ago, 15% for the rear windows, 20% for the 2 front doors, and 45% for the windshield. It cost me 240 including tip to have everything done, including removing the old crappy mirror tint that was on all the rear windows when I bought the car. The main benefit for the windshield other then blocking out some of the heat, it kills all UV rays from entering your car, so you will never have a problem years down the road with your dash cracking or chipping off, like you see in alot of 90s era cars.
I have been pulled over about 4 times for loud exhaust and no front license plate over the past year and a half, and 2 of the cops have given me fix it tickets for my windows. **Note: my windows were completely down the entire time, they asked me to roll them up so they could check for tint. My tint guy only charged me 60 the first time, and 50 the second time to take it off and put it back on.
Drive with the windows down when its dark is the only way to see on some nights. But it looks amazing, might be a bit dangerous at times, but hey...

+1 for dangerous. My previous vehicle was a SuperDuty with factory tint around the back. I put 5% all around (except for the front, though I thought about putting 95% for the UV protection), even on top of the factory tint, and you couldn't see in the back windows with the dome light on.
I almost side-swiped a car while doing 70 on the interstate though. Last second before getting into their lane I did a triple check cause I had a sinking feeling in my gut, and there was a car there, just behind the front windows!
