Requesting pics: AMUSE Exhaust Owners

Hello EvoM,

I am considering purchasing this exhaust to replace my ARC Titan that was rear ended, but can only find a few pictures of this exhaust on evos. Most of the pics aren't that great or aren't that detailed.

I am also trying to find out how many people are running this exhaust in the US. So if you have some pics of yours either off the car or on, please post it up!

Here are the two types they offer for CT9A:

Extra (has resonator and offset can, quieter, heavier)

R1 (straight through no resonator)

So far I have not seen anyone with the Extra, or at least I couldn't find pics of it. I do like quieter exhausts, but the Extra also costs.....Extra.

Please don't post if you are going to tell me to buy a Megan or Buschur because it's not happening. I have slightly different taste in exhausts and although those are great units, I am looking for something obviously titanium with no regard to how much it costs.

I've had my Amuse R1 Extra titan, which is the resonated version, with no issues. The welds and quality are amazing.

Poor cellphone pic

More pics please! Specifically, a direct rear end shot would be great.

Damn if I get rear ended again that thing is toast LOL. It does look nice though. Do you have any sound clips? There are absolutely none on an evo IX that I can find on the web.

Also since yours is the extra that means its the 70mm resonated? I am looking at the new extra that is pictured above with the offset tip or the 80mm unresonated R1.

Correct. It is tapered to 70mm and resonated. So, it's not the exhaust to get if you're looking for huge power.
As you can deduce, it's on the quiet side. For a daily driver with a few HPDEs, it's exactly what I need.

Reinhard is a bit out there for me style wise. I really like the offset subtle amuse i posted above on the yellow car. But that **** is like 3K, so I probably can't swing it. Gonna most likely go for the 80mm r1.

I guess these exhausts you're considering are 80mm all the way through, right? If you want I could post some pics of my Ganador Ti 70-80mm cat back which has a similar look and quality to the other choices. Maybe it's not worth the trouble if you're not interested in my strange stepped pipe diameters though. Let me know.

I have the R1 titan full 80 mm with a resonator though, it's actually not as loud as you'd think. I had an agency power before this and I'd say this one is slightly louder and looks a million times better! here's a pic:
