How are the tanane + billstein hd combo? Is it almost as good as the swift Billstein combo?

So if i install Tein S-tech springs what tyre and rim size would be the best bet if i want 18" rims and tyres?

Tanabe GF210 on MR bilsteins. Enkei RPF-1 17x8.5, 245/45/17.. Actually rubs less now. I think my alignment was off before. Haha.
