Yeah, I am worried about this to. I put bolts in the holes for the air dam, then I drilled 10 holes through the bottom of the air dam through the splitter and bolted them as well as the 2 standoffs that go to the cross member.
I was thinking of making a alumalite piece underneath the splitter since the splitter is a bit flexible. It is chassis mounted in front and the stand offs in the back.
Thoughts?

What did me in was not the splitter mount to the bumper which sounds like you have pretty firm
It was the lack of struts & the way I mounted the struts to the upper bumper cover. I needed more struts (4 min) & the way it mounts to the upper bumper must be connected to the crash beam or similar. My struts just tore the bumper cover & the splitter drug on the track
We all have seen those pics of guys standing on their splitters. Thats no joke. It needs to be that strong

Mine is chassis mounted, look at those struts. They go to a mount that was where the lower bumper mounting holes were.
I hope these 2 chassis mounts will be adequat.
The bumper cover won't withstand much force, without chassis mounting anything it would just rip the airs dam/ splitter right off when enough downforce is present.

For the last 4 years been running my rigged up air dam which works well on the track
Your mount is much better & looks excellent
