There are plenty of events wherever you are. You need to find them and attend. They won't find you. We do have another event here in MN in September. It's actually organized by a group from Wisconsin CWSCC.

Lack of rear wiper in that last pic. Can't tell its an RS til you gotta crank the window with elbow grease
